About Crest View Estates
The Crest View Estates subdivision was created in the late 1970's and early 1980's, when Parker, Colorado was still a small town surrounded by hay fields and herds of cattle. The fifty-plus lots (consisting of about five acres each) located east of Parker were developed to embrace family life, country attitudes and horse-friendly sensibilities. While the nearby town of Parker has grown into a bustling suburb with a population of nearly fifty thousand people, Crest View has carefully maintained its bucolic environment. Close to the conveniences of the suburbs and the Denver Tech Center, neighbors still wave to each other in passing and horses still dot the peaceful landscape that has no through traffic to break the quiet of country living. Along with plentiful sightings of Red-tailed Hawks, owls and foxes, it is not uncommon to hear the yelps of coyote at night or to see cars in the neighborhood stopped on the road in order to allow a herd of Mule Deer to cross in front of them. It truly is the best of both worlds.
