Covenant Controlled Community

 

The Crest View Estates subdivision is a covenant controlled community.  The mission of the HOA is to protect the best interests of its members when dealing with nearby developments and interacting with state, county and local agencies/officials.  The HOA has annual meetings, as well as regular board meetings, to address items of interest to the community, provide information to its members and receive feedback regarding issues related to its members.
