ANNUAL CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNERS MEETING

Greetings fellow Crest View homeowners!

Come visit with your neighbors, support your community, learn about current events that have an impact on your community, volunteer (if you wish), and vote for the HOA Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee positions!!

· The Annual Meeting is packed with opportunities to determine the future of our community. 

· There are covenant enforcement issues that will be discussed and voted upon!!! 

· If you would like to run for a spot on the HOA Board, you must be in attendance at the Annual Meeting and be prepared to discuss with the community why you would like to be a Board Member.

· In order to vote at the Annual Meeting, you will need to be a member in good standing (i.e., up to date on your dues). If you are not yet up to date, you may pay the amount in arrears at this meeting to enable your voting rights.
