April '17 HOA Board of Directors Meeting

CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING April 12, 2017 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Roger Branch, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Bob McLaughlin, and Secretary Shawna Fletcher. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar Meeting called to order by President, Roger Branch at 7:15pm. Annual Meeting Agenda The agenda for the 2017 Crest View Estates Homeowners' Association Annual Meeting (Annual Mtg.) was developed. The letter to homeowners will be drafted and will include the agenda and proposed budget for the upcoming year. The letter will be sent via US Mail to homeowners on or before May 8, 2017. East Community Boundary Fencing Pricing was discussed regarding fencing and gates to be installed at the eastern Crest View Estates boundary cul-de-sac of Pikes Peak Way. Prices were discussed for several size and material options, and it was decided to go with the 3-rail, white vinyl option, as it was approximately the same cost as the equivalent treated wood option, but will not require regular maintenance. The final cost is estimated to be approximately $600. Enforcement of Covenants and Rules Extensive discussion was held regarding the final draft of the Enforcement of Covenants and Rules. This draft will be presented to the community's attorney for review, and pending changes, the final document will be presented to homeowners via US Mail, as well as in person at the 2017 Annual Mtg., on June 8, 2017. Meeting was adjourned at 9:15pm.
