CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

February 12th, 2020 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Monika Mazzullo.

Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar and Steve Cosper.

Meeting called to order by President, Shawna Fletcher at 7:24 pm.

Treasurer’s Report

There have been $10 in expenses, leaving HOA balance of $17,210.94 as of Feb 12, 2020.

HOA Covenant Enforcement

Continued discussion regarding covenant enforcement:

• Research shows that liens can be placed on assessments, not on fines.

New Business

• Roger Branch will research cloud options for file storage

• Semi-annual meeting will be scheduled for mid-May

• Next Board of Director’s meeting March 4th
