Board of Director’s Meeting

June 13, 2019

Fletcher Home

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Gary Fletcher. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar and Steve Cosper. Members of the community present: Jeannie Branch

Meeting was called to order at 7:19 PM

Minutes

Gary read the prior month’s meeting minutes, which were accepted and approved.

Treasury Report

Roger read the Treasurer’s Report with a hard copy passed out to all members in attendance.

• April Checks:

• CK# 1019 - $88.00 (USPS HOA Box)

• May Checks:

• CK# 1020 - $687.50 (HOA Attorneys)

• Report was accepted and approved

• For details refer to Crest View Estates HOA Treasurer’s Report

• Juan proposed increasing insurance from $1M to $2M at an annual increase of $32/year

• Renewal due 7/1 at a cost of $762 or $721 if paid for full year

Board approved.

Architectural Control Committee

No new ACC business or requests

Covenant Enforcement

Homeowner Covenant Violation

• Have not received any response from the Homeowners as of 6/11

• Will serve letter in person at a cost of $60 per attempt

• HOA may be liable for 11 items in the CCIOA

• Tabled until next meeting

NOTE: HOA is “Voluntary” meaning the board is volunteers, not that membership or participation is voluntary

Annual Potluck

• Robbie Van Camp and Dionne Hutton have volunteered to host this year

• Tentative date: 8/24

Community Garage Sale

• Possible dates: August 9th-10th, or 9/13-14 or 20-21,

• Friday-Saturday, 8AM – 2PM

• Would need “Crest View Estates Community Garage Sale” sign

• Need pricing - Shawna

• Would want to advertise in several locations, like Nextdoor, Craigslist, etc.

Dumpster Day

• Saturday 22nd, 11AM-3PM

• Location: Devils Head cul-de-sac

• 1st load (top of cab or small trailer) free to members in good standing

• 2nd load $40

• Will order three 30 yard dumpsters @ $400 each

• Dumpsters to be delivered around 9 AM

• Dumpster layout was discussed and agreed upon

• Shawna to send email and printed reminders

• Include what cannot be put in dumpster

• Will need:

• 6 volunteers – all board members volunteered

1. 2 for check-in

2. 1 per dumpster (3)

3. 1 roaming

• Clip board - Roger

• Awning - Shawna

• 6 Vests - Roger

• Community list with dues history - Juan

• Fanny pack – Elizabeth

• Water – Steve

• Donuts and coffee – Shawna

• Cones - Roger

NOTE: HOA board to return to monthly meetings
