Board of Director’s Meeting

July 25, 2019

Fletcher Home

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Gary Fletcher. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar.

Meeting was called to order at 7:16 PM

Minutes

Gary read the prior month’s meeting minutes, which were approved without change.

Treasury Report

Roger read the Treasurer’s Report with a hard copy passed out to all members in attendance.

Juan noted that he expected the insurance premium to be $721, but was $686, and will follow up to find out if the amount of coverage was increased as requested
Shawna provided additional checks that were received
Report was accepted and approved

Neighborhood Potluck

Robbie Van Camp and Dionne Hutton have volunteered to host this year
Email sent to all homeowners for which we have an email address
Will send paper invitations as well

Annual meeting

Date confirmed with the church, September 26
Electronic notification to homeowners on 7/26 and written to be done on 8/26
Will review agenda at 8/8 meeting

Community Garage Sale

Date: 9/13-14 Friday-Saturday, 8AM – 2PM
Need to purchase “Crest View Estates Community Garage Sale” sign
Will advertise in several locations, like Nextdoor, Craigslist, Marketplace

Covenant Enforcement

Five attempts were made to serve the letter to the homeowners’ residence
Have not received any response from them

Will review fee increase and whether attorney fees are recoverable based on our previous conversations with and suggestions by attorneys
