CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

December 14th, 2019 6:30 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Monika Mazzullo.

Architectural Committee Member present: Juan Aguilar and Steve Cosper.

Meeting called to order by President, Shawna Fletcher at 7:03 pm.

Treasurer’s Report

There have been $68.24 in expenses, leaving HOA balance of $17,220.94 as of Nov 30, 2019.

As of this date, 51% of homeowners are current with their dues.

HOA Covenant Enforcement

Continued discussion regarding covenant enforcement:

• Roger Branch presented his research regarding fines. His research suggests keeping fines as simple as possible, not punitive, and possibly graduating fines with each offense.

• Elizabeth Aguilar shared information she gathered from speaking to a lawyer. The lawyer’s experience regarding liens and past court responses was discussed.
