2017 Annual Meeting Date & Time!

The date and time of the 2017 Crest View Estates HOA annual meeting is Thursday, June 08, 2017 at 7PM! The meeting will be held at Faith Baptist Church on Hilltop Road, the site of our previous meetings.

We will be electing new officers for the HOA board, as there will be open positions, a new Architectural Control Committee member, discussing the 2017 budget, talking about the upcoming community party in August, discussion regarding the community's thoughts on the possibility of raising annual dues to $75.00 a year, and (hopefully) discussing some much needed clarifications to the HOA's covenant enforcement policies, if our HOA's attorneys are able to get them vetted in time for the meeting.

Please remember, you are not able to vote on any issues if you are not a member in good standing, which means you must be caught up on your annual dues in order to be able to vote. The $50.00 annual dues for 2017 may be paid at the meeting (along with any unpaid dues from 2015 & 2016) or you can send a check to the HOA's mailbox at P.O. Box 3376, Parker, CO 80134.

So, lots of important items to address, this year! Past Crest View Estates annual meetings have always been informative for the community, and we anticipate this year's meeting to be no different. We hope to see a great turnout from the community.
