Protective Covenants PDF Added

This new website has had the HOA By Laws and Architectural Control documents added in PDF format for a little while, now. After continuing to go through the documents, the Crest View Estates subdivision Protective Covenants were also found and have now been added in PDF format to the new website (as of March 12, 2015).

It appears the Protective Covenants were officially filed by the developers in December of 1975. You will find even more detail in the covenants that are not in the already posted By Laws and Archistectural Control PDFs.

I would encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the governing documents, as that helps clarify things like aninals, buildings, activities, use of property, etc. that are allowed or disallowed, as well as avoid misunderstandings and/or disputes between neighbors about those issues.
