2015 Annual Meeting Agenda

Okay, so it WON'T be a beach party.

But we're hoping a lot of people will show up anyway!!!!

Our annual meeting for 2015 is on June 16, 2015 (Tuesday night) at 7 pm! You should be receiving a letter in the mail very soon.

The location of the annual meeting is the downstairs large room in Faith Baptist Church. Directions to Faith Baptist Church – 11150 Hilltop Rd, Parker, CO 80134 – East of Crest View Estates on Hilltop Road, just past the sharp curve where Hilltop turns into Flintwood. Take the first left past the sharp curve onto Hilltop. The church is on the right.

The following is the agenda for the meeting. (We will be serving refreshments and snacks)

Crest View Estates Annual Meeting Agenda:

• Identify voting members (those who have paid annual dues for 2015 - You may pay at meeting)

• Review Treasurer’s report

• Recent activities and actions of CVHOA’s board

• Web site

• Water Issue

• Through Traffic Regular Cars or 4 Wheels & ATVs

• Lights on Crest View Sign

• Draft Budgets for 2015 & 2016 and discuss dues – Vote by membership

• Include special expediture vote for HOA insurance

• Review proposed changes in CVHOA’s By-Laws - Vote by membership

• Community Picnic discussion, re: timing, location, and coordinator

• Open discussion for community ideas

• Opportunity for members to review well permits (if wireless connection available)
