May '17 HOA Board of Directors Meeting

CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING May 24, 2017 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Roger Branch, Treasurer Bob McLaughlin, and Secretary Shawna Fletcher. Architectural Committee Members present: Annette Pelton. Community member, Elizabeth Greenfield also present. Meeting called to order by President, Roger Branch at 7:15pm. Annual Community Party A discussion of the 3rd Annual Community Party was held. Elizabeth Greenfield was in attendance, and indicated that her family will host the party again. Huge thanks to the Greenfields!!! What: Boot Scootin’ Cowboy Theme Party Date: Saturday, August 26, 2017 Location: Greenfield Residence, 9419 Devils Head Drive Elizabeth Greenfield will create a flyer to be handed out at the Annual Mtg., and also to be mailed to entire community. HOA will reimburse the Greenfields up to $350 (budgeted amount) for their expenditures toward this event. New Cell Tower Letters were sent to the homeowners whose properties are adjacent to explain and describe the proposed stealth windmill cell tower to be constructed by T-Mobile. The Enforcement of Covenants and Rules draft is still under review by the community's attorney. We are hopeful to have information available at the 2017 Annual Mtg., on June 8, 2017. Copies will also be mailed directly to each homeowner via US Mail. 2017 Annual Meeting

The agenda for the upcoming HOA annual meeting was discussed and final plans were made. Treasure’s Report

The proposed draft budget for 2017/2018 was presented. A final draft will be discussed and made available at the upcoming Annual Mtg. Meeting was adjourned at 8:45pm.
