BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

August 24, 2017 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Annette Pelton. Architectural Committee Members present: Steve Cosper

Meeting called to order by President, Shawn Fletcher at 7:30pm.

Covenant Enforcement Procedure Document

The email from the attorney regarding his opinions on the Crestview covenants enforcement procedure document was reviewed. The attorney made several suggestions on the proposed enforcement criteria and proposed dispute resolution procedures. Proposed enforcement and dispute resolution procedure language was reviewed in detail. Roger Branch will present a draft document with proposed language at the next board meeting.

East Community Boundary

Roger Stout has requested a copy of the plat map to review for bridal easements on his east border. A survey company to prepare a plat map for our community will be discussed at the next meeting.

Treasury Report

HOA account transfer from Wells Fargo to Bell CO is complete. Elizabeth Aguilar and Shawna Fletcher will be added to the account as authorized users. A copy of the Treasurer’s Report was distributed.

Additional Agenda Items

Several agenda items were tabled until October BOD meeting.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:30pm.
