CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

November 29, 2017 6:30 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Annette Pelton. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar, Steve Cosper and Shawn Spink.

Meeting was called to order by President, Shawna Fletcher at 6:25pm.

The October 2017 HOA minutes were read by the Secretary and approved with minor amendments.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was presented. The Board did not issue any checks and had not received any additional outstanding dues.

Covenant Enforcement Discussion

The covenant enforcement procedures were reviewed and will be closed for additional Board comments in one week.

The final document, as well as a voting ballot, will be sent out to the community with a self-addressed envelope and instructions for return within a three-week period. They will be sent via USPS with return receipt requested.

DORA

The Crestview HOA is now registered with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).

Fence on the Northern Boundary

The fence on the northern boundary will be completed as weather allows. Roger Branch confirmed we have all the materials needed to complete the project.

New Business

There was a discussion to have HOA meetings every other month. This idea will be further discussed. The Board did decide to skip the month of December 2017.
