CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

February 28, 2018 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, and Secretary Annette Pelton. Architectural Committee Members present: Steve Cosper

Meeting was called to order by Annette Pelton at 7:12pm.

The November 2017 HOA minutes were read by the Secretary and approved with minor amendments.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was not read as the Treasurer was not present.

Covenant Enforcement Discussion

The Covenant Enforcement Document votes were read, tallied and discussed.

Fence on the Northern Boundary

The fence on the northern boundary will be completed as weather improves in the spring.

New Business

There was a discussion to have HOA meetings every other month, in even months, unless there is need for an additional meeting. There was a motion to approve which was carried.

The Board is looking into “No Trespassing” signs to place at the perimeter boundaries of Crestview.

The Board discussed updating the Neighborhood Watch program. Elizabeth Aguilar will send out tips and security alerts.
