CREST VIEW ESTATES HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING

May 2, 2018 7:00 PM

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, Secretary Annette Pelton. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar and Steve Cosper. Community members: Gary Fletcher, Jeannie Branch, and Robbie Van Camp.

Meeting was called to order by Shawna Fletcher at 7:02pm.

The February 2018 HOA minutes were read by the Secretary, Annette Pelton, and approved with minor amendments by the Board.

Treasurer’s Report

The Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer, Roger Branch, and approved by the Board members. A status report of dues payments was presented.

Fence on the Northern Boundary

Roger Branch has all the materials and will let the other Board members know if any assistance is needed getting the repair made.

Neighborhood Watch Program

Robbie Van Camp has volunteered to head up the Neighborhood Watch program. Further information will be provided to homeowners at the annual meeting.

The Board will begin holding meetings every other month (even months), on the first Thursday of the month at 7:00pm.

The next meeting be June 7.
