Board of Director’s Meeting

February 13 , 2019

Fletcher Home

Board Members present: President Shawna Fletcher, Vice President Elizabeth Aguilar, Treasurer Roger Branch, and Secretary Gary Fletcher. Architectural Committee Members present: Juan Aguilar and Steve Cosper. Members of the community present: Jeanie Branch

Meeting was called to order at 7:15 PM

Minutes

Gary read the prior month’s meeting notes, which were accepted and approved.

Treasury Report

Roger read the Treasurer’s Report with a hard copy passed out to all members in attendance.

• The Mazzullo’s had an overpayment to be credited to future dues

• For details refer to Crest View Estates HOA Treasurer’s Report, attached

Report was accepted and approved

Welcome Package

Elizabeth volunteered to take over the Welcome Package program.

Covenant Enforcement

Homeowner Covenant Violation

• A letter was sent to Douglas County regarding the building permit

1. The HOA had not received notification of the building permit

2. The County does not recognize HOA rules or requirements

• No fines are outlined in the HOA covenants

• Roger to set up meeting with the attorney: Katie James

1. Attorney to draft letter to the Homeowner in Violation’s Family Trust

• Reinforce HOA requirements

• Weld containers, paint to match buildings

Garage Sale and Dumpster Day

Garage Sale – May 3-4?

Dumpster Day – May 18?

2019 Invoices

• Will include note of Garage Sale & Dumpster Day

• Juan recommended using QuickBooks for invoicing
